Katy Tur

 Katherine Bear Tur was born on the 26th of October 1983. She is an American journalist writer, author, and broadcast journalist. She works as an NBC News correspondent. Tur is anchor of MSNBC Reports. The anchor has been hosting Katy Tur Reports since 2021. She has covered the NBC news channels Early Today and Today, NBC Nightly News and Meet the Press on WNBC-TV, MSNBC and The Weather Channel.



 



 Early life



 Tur is the daughter and granddaughter of journalists Zoey Tur, and Marika Gerrard. She attended Brentwood School (2001) and University of California Santa Barbara (2005) with the Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. She is Jewish.
